Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Justin Baucom and I am licensed in North Carolina as a home inspector, a general contractor, and a building inspector. I have been in the construction business for over 10 years and have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from UNCW.
After college, I was employed with New Hanover County as a Level III Building Inspector and then pursued my general contracting and home inspection licenses. I have found my experiences in code enforcement and construction have given me the tools to be extremely informative and thorough in home inspection.
