Justin Baucom

 

Licensed in North Carolina as a home inspector, general contractor, and was previously licensed as a Code Enforcement Official with New Hanover County Building Inspections Department.

 

Born in Wilmington and after moving around NC with Marine Corps family, resettled here to attend UNCW.  Has been in the local construction business for well over 15 years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNCW, concentration Accounting.

 

Was previously employed with New Hanover County as a Building Inspector.  Decided in 2006 to actively pursue general contracting and home inspection licenses and has been the President of Seaside Building Company and Seaside Home Inspections ever since.

 

Justin finds his experiences in code enforcement and construction have given him the tools to be extremely thorough in residential and commercial inspections.
