    PRICING

    Our pricing includes: 

    • A thorough inspection of the property.  Please see our info section for a detailed list of what is inspected.

    • A detailed, easy-to-follow report that includes areas of concern recorded with digital images.  The report will be sent via email in pdf format.

    • We also provide the client and their real estate professional the opportunity for consultation after the inspection.  This can be arranged prior to the inspection and can be performed on site or on the phone.

     

    Payment methods accepted at time of inspection (preferred):        

    •     Cash or money order

    •     Personal check or cashier’s check

    •     PayPal (request invoice)

     

    Payment methods accepted at closing:

     •    Please make sure the inspection fee is on the closing disclosure prior to closing.  If it is not, the client will be required to pay the fee by one of the above methods.
